It is a secure building, and the deck is private. Just inside the main door, however, is a public display of historic school photos. The public lobby has an intercom for visitors to call residents and be admitted through the security door.

The condominium association is self-managed by an elected, unpaid board. A part-time operations manager oversees building services. Snow removal, lawn care and other services are contracted. Generous owners volunteer their time to help with gardening, minor maintenance and administrative tasks.
